FAQ’s

  • I work with individuals aged 18 and over.

  • The introductory session is a chance for us to meet and discuss what brings you to therapy. You will be able to share the concerns which have brought you to therapy and ask any questions. I will likely explain a bit about the way I work too. It is also a chance for you and I to assess whether we are the right fit for each other.

All introductory sessions will be held online, during which we can assess and discuss the follow up sessions to be online or in person.

Starting therapy can bring up various feelings, and I ensure that the first session is as containing, and grounding as possible.

  • Sessions will last 50 minutes (with the exception of the first one, which may be slightly longer).

  • We will meet for a minimum of one session per week in a regular time slot.

  • I offer open-ended therapy. I don’t set timeframes, as every person’s journey is unique. Instead, we can discuss and adjust together as the work progresses.

  • All enquiries and contact with my service are treated in accordance with GDPR guidelines. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office: Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
