I offer individual psychotherapy, couples therapy and EMDR from my practice on Camlet Way in Hadley Wood, Barnet, North London, as well as online sessions.
The practice is within walking distance of Hadley Wood railway station and approximately a 10-minute drive from both High Barnet and Cockfosters Underground stations.

Initial Consultation
90 minutes — charged at the standard session rate
Individual Psychotherapy
50 minutes — £120
Couples Therapy
60 minutes — £150
EMDR Therapy
60 minutes — £150
EMDR
Standalone EMDR sessions are 60 minutes. Where EMDR forms part of ongoing weekly psychotherapy, sessions remain 50 minutes and are integrated into the wider therapeutic work where appropriate.
The number of EMDR sessions required varies depending on what is being worked with. While some experiences can be processed relatively quickly, others benefit from a longer-term therapeutic process.
